Sophie is a versatile member of the Cymphony team, having gained experience across various departments, including operations, IT, client care, and marketing. Her focus lies in streamlining processes, systems, and services to ensure they are the best they can be. Sophie's leadership approach is focused on collaboration, ensuring team members are well-informed and positive about the changes being implemented. Outside of work, she enjoys family life as a wife, mother, and cat owner, and indulges her love for books, musical theatre, and listening to podcasts.

Neil brings over 25 years of leadership experience in corporate contact centers, leading large sales and service teams. He thrives on challenges and excels as a people-oriented leader, adept at communication and driving performance improvements across multiple sites. Outside of work, Neil is a family man, married with three children who keep him extremely busy.

Duncan's journey began as a chartered accountant with KPMG in London before transitioning into various roles and industries, eventually settling in the communication solutions sector with an earlier iteration of Cymphony. Based in Oxfordshire with his wife and dog, Duncan enjoys exploring distant and unique destinations when not busy with family or work commitments.

Chloe brings over 16 years of experience and expertise in marketing to the Cymphony leadership team. With a background in marketing strategy, a passion for creativity, Chloe seamlessly integrates the two to ensure that different marketing tactics and activities align with business objectives and goals to drive business growth. Outside of work, Chloe enjoys spending time with her two children, and dog, or heading back to her home county of Cornwall to relax.
